Tyler & Emily, engagement session, November 13, 2016

Tyler and Emily will be married in 2017, so this month was perfect timing for a relaxed photo session at a 300 acre ranch on the north coast outside Santa Cruz. They are country people at hear and the wide landscapes as a backdrop worked out amazingly. In the end we had to add a bit of beach, we are in Santa Cruz after all!

Austin and Amy, Engagement session, January 31, 2015

I had been lucky enough to know the bride to be already, having photographed her family for years in Los Gatos. And then came the call she would be married and I loved the idea of doing an engagement session of Amy and her man, Austin. We had great fun and i showed her around a bit in Santa Cruz, going to Wilder Ranch, Sharkstooth Cove and ending at Penny Ice in downtown Santa Cruz. Engagement sessions for me are all about having an experience, light and fun and the great images will happen on their own. Check it out!

Kirsta and Jeremy, pregnancy photo session

Over the course of a couple of evenings I photographed Jeremy and Krista in the last month of Krista's pregnancy. I photographed their wedding two years ago and I was really happy to meet up with them again for such a joyous occasion. We had a lot of fun and even added their dog into the mix; check it out!
